I love the Pina Colada Splash Vinegar. It is great for marinades, salads and gives that light summer zing to so many things. My favourite is marinating fresh salmon or chicken in it before grilling and serving it with the Avocado Salad (recipe on this site). Yum!!!
This new Splash from Tweed is a lighter blend of Balsamic, with Coconut n Pineapple flavers just in the background. Ideal for Seafood marinade, and of course normal salad dressing. Happy customer.
I just came to order some more of this delightful little gem. I sure hope you bring it back. I had it as recommended over soda and ice and soon it became my summer drink. Now my husband has joined in and its disappearing very quickly! 😂 I have also enjoyed it with salmon, scallops and prawns. It's a winner in my opinion.
I used this as a marinade on pan fried salmon and a drizzle over scrambled eggs. Next up, chicken 😋

I took your BBQ rib recipe and gave it a tweak. I added Louisiana spice blend instead of Fire and Spice to the Maple bourbon balsamic. I also substituted the apple juice with ginger beer and added 2 tblspn Liquid Smoke and 1 tblspn tomato sauce. OMG! So delicious and just fell off the bone! Served with chunky oven fries, cob corn and fresh green beans 🤤🤤🤤🤤
As always Tweed Real Food has delivered again. The Viva Italia mix I got specifically to use on my home made Pizza’s and it really does add that extra complexity of flavour. Haven’t tried in pasta’s yet but will when I do my next batch of fresh home made pasta.
I used this today for a slow cooked balsamic lamb shanks recipe. Paired with potato and cauliflower mash and fresh vegetables it was a triumph. 👏🔥🙌
I made this delicious WW dish tonight. Chicken with Fresh Tomato and Balsamic Sauce and served on a bed of vegeroni pasta. I used Rosemary and Garlic spice blend from Tweed Real Foods and it was delightful.
