I love the Caramelised Splash Balsamic Vinegar. I use it as a quick salad dressing, add a splodge to a bowl of steamed veges, goes very well with steamed, boiled or roasted beetroot. I've added it to soups and casseroles. A little goes a long way!

I took your BBQ rib recipe and gave it a tweak. I added Louisiana spice blend instead of Fire and Spice to the Maple bourbon balsamic. I also substituted the apple juice with ginger beer and added 2 tblspn Liquid Smoke and 1 tblspn tomato sauce. OMG! So delicious and just fell off the bone! Served with chunky oven fries, cob corn and fresh green beans 🤤🤤🤤🤤

The hamper is really good. I’ve used some of t ge e product which was very tastyon roast veg. I haven’t tried them all but have the recipe book to scroll through.
