Shipping policy

Turnaround:

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday - Friday 9am - 2.30pm. Please see website for individual updates.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We are not in charge of delivery times and do not guarantee a certain time frame.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and shipments may be delayed by a few days, we will contact you via email or telephone. 
Your order will only be processed and shipped once your payment has been confirmed.

Carriers:
We currently use Australia Post to ship orders. Signature on Delivery is not included in our standard shipping. Changes can be arranged if you contact us directly at hello@tweedrealfood.com or call us on 04 68 929 930, immediately after placing an order.

Order Tracking:
If you provide your email and phone number when placing your order, tracking information will be emailed or messaged to you once your order has been dispatched. If you require any additional information regarding your shipment, please contact us directly at hello@tweedrealfood.com or call us on 04 68 929 930.

Shipping Rates:
Free Australia wide shipping for every order over $82.00. 
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products. When placing your order, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders damaged or lost in transit.
