I used this today for a slow cooked balsamic lamb shanks recipe. Paired with potato and cauliflower mash and fresh vegetables it was a triumph. 👏🔥🙌

Porcini salt, Durban curry

Porcini salt is a staple in our house, it goes with everything! Also on it’s own on chicken is delicious.
I’ll never cook curry different again. I use the Durban curry for the curry recipe on your website & it’s a family favourite.
