Handmade in small batches on a working farm in Northern NSW, this Thai Green Curry Paste is packed with fresh, locally grown produce and traditional Thai aromatics for a curry that's fresh, fragrant and full of flavour.
No added sugar. No refined vegetable oils. No artificial shortcuts. Just real ingredients, ground into a vibrant curry paste that makes it ridiculously easy to put a proper Thai green curry on the table in minutes.
One jar makes 3–4 curries for two, so at $17 a jar, that's less than $5 of curry paste per meal.
And with just 3.7g of naturally occurring sugar per 100g, it contains 84% less sugar than the supermarket alternative we compared it with.
