1. About us

This website is operated by Artisans Soul Pty Ltd (ABN 30 618 499 808), trading as Tweed Real Food, 206 Warwick Park Road, Mooball NSW 2483 ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our online store runs on Shopify.

2. Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. See our Refund policy for how to claim.

3. Products and information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, including ingredients and allergen information. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Ingredient and nutrition information on the product label is the definitive version; if you have an allergy or dietary need and anything is unclear, please contact us before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we'll contact you and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund), for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or for wholesale or resale quantities, which are handled through our wholesale channels.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund policy.

7. Promotions, competitions and store credit

Discount codes, promotions and competitions are subject to the terms stated with each offer, including any end date. Store credit and referral rewards are subject to the terms shown in your account or the rewards program.

8. Marketing messages

If you sign up for our emails or texts, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by following the opt-out instructions in any text message (for example, replying STOP). Message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

9. Using our website

Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to interfere with its security, copying our content for commercial use, or using it for anything unlawful. Text, photos, recipes and logos on this website belong to us or our licensors and can't be reused without our written permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 2, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for problems caused by third-party websites or services we link to. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
