I took your BBQ rib recipe and gave it a tweak. I added Louisiana spice blend instead of Fire and Spice to the Maple bourbon balsamic. I also substituted the apple juice with ginger beer and added 2 tblspn Liquid Smoke and 1 tblspn tomato sauce. OMG! So delicious and just fell off the bone! Served with chunky oven fries, cob corn and fresh green beans 🤤🤤🤤🤤

As always Tweed Real Food has delivered again. The Viva Italia mix I got specifically to use on my home made Pizza’s and it really does add that extra complexity of flavour. Haven’t tried in pasta’s yet but will when I do my next batch of fresh home made pasta.

I made this delicious WW dish tonight. Chicken with Fresh Tomato and Balsamic Sauce and served on a bed of vegeroni pasta. I used Rosemary and Garlic spice blend from Tweed Real Foods and it was delightful.
I love the Caramelised Splash Balsamic Vinegar. I use it as a quick salad dressing, add a splodge to a bowl of steamed veges, goes very well with steamed, boiled or roasted beetroot. I've added it to soups and casseroles. A little goes a long way!
