This mango salsa is so quick and easy, it will become a summer favourite. Serve as a side with fish, salmon, chicken, BBQ meats or add some greens and enjoy as a delicious salad.
No cooking required! Dice, combine, devour!
Tweed Real Food
2 ripe mangoes
1 small red capsicum, core and seeds removed; cut into small pieces.
Juice of one lime
2 Tsp Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt, ground
Fresh coriander; 1 bunch / 1 cup once rinsed and roughly chopped - stems can be included
1 small red onion, finely diced
2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Pina Colada Splash Balsamic Vinegar - Limited Edition
Cut the mango as close to the stone as possible, making 2 large segments. Cut in a both horizontal and vertical to create a criss-cross pattern and scoop mango pieces out with a spoon.
Combine chopped ingredients well, drizzle with Pina Colada Splash and season with Lime Pepper Salt, stirring gently.
