OMG. Pancakes ar a staple in our house in a Sunday. Usually served with berries cooked in brandy and maple syrup and butter. Well that’s changed, , berries , blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries now lightly cooked in a little bit of butter and a generous splash of summer fruits splash. How many favourites can you have?????

As with the other TRF splashes I have this one has become a favourite too. I use it as a marinade for salmon and chicken and in salad dressings. It is light, summery and perfect for wanting to add flavour that compliments and enhances without being overpowering. Love it!
