Christmas rubs

I ordered 4 different products and unfortunately received a duplicate of one and had a missing product. I rang as soon as I realised an error had been made. Julia picked up my call and apologised, promising to send the missing item that day. Within 30 minutes of my call I had confirmation from Australia Post that my order was on its way!!
