You only need to use a small amount. I mixed it with more balsamic and olive oil. One of if not the best I have had.

I love all of the Tweed Real Food Splash's and this one did not disappoint. I love this product and am disappointed that it was only a limited edition. I am going through it far too quickly :) :) It is a great addition to a whole range of salads and the brownie recipe on the website with this is amazing. Every time a parcel arrives from Tweed Real Food my husband opens it and uses the contents. This time he marinated steak in the Raspberry Splash balsamic with garlic and spring onions from his garden - Bellissimo!!
