Traditionally, dukkah is a condiment of mixed herbs, nuts, seeds, and spices typically served with oil and bread. Dukkah can be dusted onto all sorts of dishes, and it can be combined with soft feta and oil to create a flavoursome dip.
Typically, dukkah is gluten free. It is a rich blend of herbs, spices, seeds, and nuts. There may be some brands out there adding flour to their dukkah, but our Mediterranean Maca n' SpiceDukkah is completely gluten-free.
That depends! Each dukkah will taste a little different based on the ingredients that go into the mix. Mostly, it tastes of an aromatic, tangy, spicy, nutty blend.
There are countless ways to use dukkah in the kitchen. You could toss dukkah in a salad, whisk it into a dressing, dust it over your eggs, fold it into whipped feta, stir it into couscous, sprinkle it over flatbread, or make a dukkah-crusted chicken dish. Our Mediterranean Maca n' Spice Dukkah is suitable for all these suggestions and more!

Mediterranean Maca n' Spice Dukkah
Just love these products and the very helpful staff!
I have used this so many times, on salads, as part of crumb coating on schnitzels, on avocado, the options are endless. I love it.
We love this product and hope to order more soon! Keep up the great work! Blessings and gratitude, Elizabeth Crawford

Amazing as always
Love , love , perfect with classic balsamic and crusty bread, heaven ❤️
My son has received his delicious Barbecue Deluxe Hamper & said he will put this to good use. He loves different flavours on his Barbrcue meats & salads, so I know Scott & his family will enjoy the flavours. Thank you Tweed Real Food, as Scott & I live in different States the transaction was seamless. 🙏💐
I took your BBQ rib recipe and gave it a tweak. I added Louisiana spice blend instead of Fire and Spice to the Maple bourbon balsamic. I also substituted the apple juice with ginger beer and added 2 tblspn Liquid Smoke and 1 tblspn tomato sauce. OMG! So delicious and just fell off the bone! Served with chunky oven fries, cob corn and fresh green beans 🤤🤤🤤🤤
As always Tweed Real Food has delivered again. The Viva Italia mix I got specifically to use on my home made Pizza’s and it really does add that extra complexity of flavour. Haven’t tried in pasta’s yet but will when I do my next batch of fresh home made pasta.
I used this today for a slow cooked balsamic lamb shanks recipe. Paired with potato and cauliflower mash and fresh vegetables it was a triumph. 👏🔥🙌
I made this delicious WW dish tonight. Chicken with Fresh Tomato and Balsamic Sauce and served on a bed of vegeroni pasta. I used Rosemary and Garlic spice blend from Tweed Real Foods and it was delightful.
