Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 190C.
  2. Combine potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil and Garlic Rosemary Ruband Louisiana BBQ Rub.
  3. Transfer to a large baking dish lined with non-stick baking paper and cook for 45 minutes, tossing half way.
  4. Potatoes should be nicely browned and crispy when ready.
