100ml olive oil
250g cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (for a richer flavour substitute with Tweed Real Food Bourbon Maple Splash Balsamic Vinegar)
1-2 Tsp Tweed Real Food Louisiana BBQ Rub

Directions

Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a fry pan over high heat.
Add tomatoes and fry, tossing occasionally until softened and slightly scorched. Add the remaining ingredients, blend until smooth or until consistency you desire.
Perfect as a marinade for beef or serve as a dipping sauce for seafood.
