FREE shipping Australia-wide on orders over $82

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Each product page shows the latest date your order will ship. We ship with Australia Post and Aramex, with tracking on every order.

Standard shipping (orders under $82)

  • $10 flat rate for parcels up to 5kg
  • Very small orders (under 110g) from $8.50

Express shipping

  • Up to 500g: $13.20
  • Up to 1kg: $15
  • Up to 3kg: $19.50
  • Up to 5kg: $24

You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

International shipping: we currently only ship within Australia.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or your parcel hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@tweedrealfood.com or 0468 929 930, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund it. If a glass jar or bottle has broken, please don't eat anything from that parcel. See our Refund policy and Shipping policy for full details.
