Oven Roasted Garlic And Beetroot

Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Coat beets in olive oil and Chicken & Chips Salt.
Roast for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and coat in Cheeseboard Splash Balsamic Vinegar.
Cook for a further 15 minutes or until soft.
Note: The garlic will be soft and just pop out of the skin, the flavour is very mild compared to raw garlic.
