100g crispy fried noodles
1/2 head of napa cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Bourbon maple splash balsamic vinegar
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced napa cabbage and shredded carrots.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Add the crispy fried noodles to the large mixing bowl with the vegetables and pour the dressing over the top. Toss until the vegetables and noodles are well coated with the bourbon maple splash.
Let the salad sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavours meld together.
Serve cold and enjoy your crispy noodle salad!
