As always Tweed Real Food has delivered again. The Viva Italia mix I got specifically to use on my home made Pizza’s and it really does add that extra complexity of flavour. Haven’t tried in pasta’s yet but will when I do my next batch of fresh home made pasta.
I used this today for a slow cooked balsamic lamb shanks recipe. Paired with potato and cauliflower mash and fresh vegetables it was a triumph. 👏🔥🙌
I made this delicious WW dish tonight. Chicken with Fresh Tomato and Balsamic Sauce and served on a bed of vegeroni pasta. I used Rosemary and Garlic spice blend from Tweed Real Foods and it was delightful.

This would have to be my absolute favorite product! I sprinkle and add to just about everything I do, but the best would be on potato wedges or chips in the air fryer. Outstanding!
