With a simple drizzle of Tweed Real Foods' Limited Edition - Sticky Plum Splash Balsamic Vinegar - you can turn every day roast vegetables into a culinary delight. Enjoy this delicious caramelised glaze - the kids will LOVE them!
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 sweet potatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 pumpkin, sliced into thick pieces
4 carrots, sliced in half legthways
4 beetroot bulbs, peeled and quartered
2 - 3 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Sticky Plum Splash Balsamic Vinegar - Limited Edition
Pre heat oven to 190 degrees
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Smother all cut vegetables in a nice coating of Sticky Plum Splash followed by a sprinkle of Wild Porcini Salt and lay them across the tray, ideally in one layer.
Cook for 30 minutes or until they start to brown and develop a sticky layer. Turn and cook for a further 20 minutes or until soft and caramelised.
