Pan Fried Chicken Breast
4 chicken breasts
4 Tsp Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt, ground
4 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Pina Colada Splash Balsamic Vinegar - Limited Edition
Juice of one lime
Remove any fat or gristle from the chicken breast.
Smother in the Pina Colada Splash and season with Lime Pepper Salt - leave to sit for 30 minutes.
Over medium high heat in a cast iron grill pan, cook chicken breast for 8 minutes on either side or until cooked through. During the cooking process squeeze lime juice over breasts.
