Tweed Real Food
1.5kg Beef Bolar Blade (or similar)
3 Tbsp seeded mustard
400g of Mushroom,
2 Tbs Corn flour
Mix seeded mustard and Tweed Real Food Louisiana BBQ together, rub onto blade, pour over balsamic and cover, allow to rest for 2-48 hours in the fridge.
In a stove top to oven safe pan, place blade into pan with a small amount of olive oil and brown on each side.
Once browned, transfer to 160°c oven or BBQ and cook it to your preference.
Make a sensational mushroom gravy with the juices.
Mix juices with 250g sliced mushrooms and stir till slightly softened.
Add Tweed Real Food Bourbon Maple Splash Balsamic and Tweed Real Food Wild Porcini Salt to the juices from the meat. Mix well then add cornflour, mix and then add water to find desired thickness.
Serve with vegetables and Roast Beef.
