300g rigatoni pasta
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 medium sized broccoli floret, broken into bite size pieces
300g mushrooms, quartered
1 cup pure cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup tasty cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food French Onion Seasoning
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Using a large frypan over medium heat, cook the onion in a tbsp of olive oil for 3 minutes, add the garlic and combine, cooking for a further 2 minutes.
In a large oven proof dish, combine the uncooked pasta with cooked onion, add the brocolii and mushrooms and combine well.
Season generously with French Onion Seasoning and pour cream over mixture, coating as evenly as possible.
Combine the tasty & mozzarella cheese and create a thick cheesy layer on top.
Cover with the lid of dish, or alternatively a layer of baking paper and then a layer of foil.
Bake for 1 hour, removing the baking paper and foil after 45 minutes so the cheese turns golden brown.
