500 grams turkey mince
1 small camembert wheel
½ cup bread crumbs
½ onion grated
1 garlic clove crushed
1 egg
Salt to taste
Optional; a handful of mint leaves for garnish
½ cup good quality raspberry jam
2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Wild Raspberry Splash Balsamic Vinegar- Limited Edition
2 Tbsp water
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of Salt
Cut the Camembert into marble-sized cubes and place in freezer while doing the next steps.
Mix the remaining ingredients together, until just combined.
Roll mixture into small balls.
Place the camembert in the middle, enclosing with meat.
Bake on an iron griddle or fry pan pad until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes, turning throughout to ensure even browning.
Combine all ingredients together in small sauce pan over medium high heat.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer about five minutes.
Coat meatballs in sauce and serve. Garnish with torn mint leaves if desired.
