Ingredients

2 High Quality Steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
2 Tsp Tweed Real Food Wild Porcini Salt
2 Tsp olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 220C
Rub the steaks with 1 Tsp of Wild Porcini Salt and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a cast-iron skillet, heat olive oil over high heat until it smokes.
Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until it forms a crust.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare or until your desired level of doneness is achieved.
