Combine the Honey Garlic Splash & Fire & Spice Grinder Salt.
Coat the pork fillets and leave to marinade for a minimum of 2 hours, maximum of 24 hours.
Heat BBQ open grill plate to medium-high heat and cook the pork fillets in whole for 20 - 30 minutes. Turning approximately every 5 - 7 minutes.
To check if the pork is ready, slice the end of one fillet half way through, when the pork is cooked it will be white in colour, very slightly pink is okay.
Leave to rest, covered for 5 minutes and serve sliced.
