½ Tsp Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Lime Pepper Grinder Salt. Mix well.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a rectangle of about 12 x 10 inches. Cut the pastry in half lengthways to create two long rectangles.
Divide the spinach and ricotta mixture between the two pastry rectangles, spreading it evenly over the surface of each rectangle.
Roll up each rectangle tightly to form a long roll. Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 8 equal pieces.
Place the rolls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one. Brush the tops of the rolls with beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
