Baked potato wedges are a delicious snack for any occasion!

Baked potato wedges are easy to make and can be modified to fit whatever flavour profile suits your fancy.

Baked Potato Wedges
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Thoroughly wash potatoes, cut in half, and slice into wedges.
Toss wedges in olive oil and Chicken and Chips Salt. Place on a baking sheet, skin side down. Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes.
The oven fresh, perfect side dish and great with everything from Chicken Roast to a juicy steak dinner.
Tip: For fluffy wedges, use a waxy potato like Red potatoes, or Yukon Gold (although Russets will work too).
