3 - 4 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Sticky Plum Splash Balsamic Vinegar - Limited Edition
Your preferred cut of pork roast
Extra virgin oilive oil
Vegetables for roasting - we used pumpkin, cauliflower, sweet potato and apples

1 - 2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Garlic Rosemary Rub
Directions
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Rub pork in Sticky Plum Splash all over and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Slice vegetables and coat in a light layer of olive oil and sprinkle with Garlic Rosemary Rub.
Cook for 40 - 90 minutes dependant on the size or the pork roast.
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
