Marinated Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 High quality bone-in pork chops
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tsp dried thyme
4 Tsp Tweed Real Food Smokey Cue Rub

Directions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, dried thyme and Tweed Real Food Smokey Cue Rub until well combined.
Add the pork chops to the bowl, and spoon the marinade over them to fully coat.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, and up to 8 hours, flipping them halfway through to ensure even coating.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, or preheat the oven to (190°C).
Remove the pork chops from the marinade, and discard the excess marinade.
Grill or bake the pork chops until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) on a meat thermometer.
Remove the pork chops from the grill or oven, and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the pork chops with your favourite sides, and enjoy!
