Ingredients
-
1 cup Tweed Real Food Honey Garlic Splash Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 Tsp ground cloves
Directions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the Tweed Real Food Sticky Honey Garlic Splash Balsamic, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves until well combined.
Preheat your oven to 175°C.
Place your ham in a roasting pan or baking dish, and use a sharp knife to score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
Pour the ham glaze over the top of the ham, making sure to spread it evenly over the entire surface.
Bake the ham in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 60°C.
Baste the ham with the glaze every 20 minutes while it's baking to ensure that it stays moist and flavourful.
Once the ham is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
Serve your delicious ham with the remaining glaze on the side for dipping or drizzling.
