Toss the asparagus in the olive oil or melted butter and Lime Pepper Salt. Preheat grill until hot and cook asparagus for 1-2 minutes each side or until lightly charred and tender.
Transfer to a serving plate and top with lemon peel, parmesan, Lime Pepper Salt and a drizzle of Bourbon Maple Splash Balsamic Vinegar.
