Dukkah Crusted Cauliflower
Whether you love gardening and you are growing your own cauliflower or you have a habit of picking some up whenever you’re at the farmers market, you can’t go wrong when you cook with this delicious vegetable.
Half a head of cauliflower, broken into bite-size florets
¼ cup of butter, melted
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
2-3 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Traditional Maca n’ Spice Dukkah
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a large flat tray with baking paper
Toss cauliflower in melted butter until evenly coated, repeat with Traditional Maca n’ Spice Dukkah and parmesan cheese
Spread out over baking paper and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy
