Crispy Salmon Cakes
400g tinned salmon
2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food French Onion Seasoning - Limited Edition
Handful of breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp plain, all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt To Taste
Handful of chives, roughly chopped
Oil for frying; you can use olive oil, coconut, rice bran or your preferred oil
Combine all ingredients well in a bowl (set aside half of the chives for garnish).
Heat the oil in a large fry pan and using a soup spoon, ladle large scoops in the oil and lightly flatten with a spatula.
Fry until golden brown and flip over, repeating cooking process.
Let rest for a minute or 2 on a paper towel and serve.
Enjoy a dollop of French Onion Dip on each patty and a squeeze of lemon juice.
