Impress your guests or treat yourself to this irresistible Raspberry Chocolate Fondue! Simply select your favourite fruits and bites to dip, a little prep in creating the Raspberry Chocolate sauce and voila - dessert is served. Perfect for social occasions or to keep the kids busy!
Dipping skewers
300gms good quality chocolate, broken into small pieces
1/2 -3/4 cup full cream milk(depending on thickness preference)
1.5 Tbsp unsalted butter (optional)
2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Wild Raspberry Splash Balsamic Vinegar - Limited Edition
Flaky sea salt, optional topping
**Double the above for more than 2 people

Oreos, pretzels, biscotti, macaroons, gingerbread, nut-clusters, donut pieces
Start by preparing all of the dipping treats into bite-size portions.
To make the fondue, in a small bowl, combine the chocolate, 1/2 cup milk or cream, and butter.
Melt gently in a lightly simmering water bath or microwave on medium power for about 2 minutes.
Stir until smooth.
If too thick more milk can be added, repeat process and stir till combined.
Remove from heat and stir in Wild Raspberry Splash Balsamic Vinegar and sprinkle of salt.
Serve immediately.
TIP - If fondue hardens, microwave for short 10 second bursts until melted
