Indulge in a healthy and delicious dessert with this Chocolate Chia Pudding with Berries.
Made with simple ingredients like chia seeds, milk of choice (we use almond milk), cocoa powder or cacao powder, fresh raspberries and Tweed Real Food Wild Raspberry Splash Balsamic Vinegar.
Topped with fresh, juicy berries, it's the perfect balance of rich, chocolatey flavour and bright, fruity sweetness.
The chia seeds absorb the liquid to create a creamy, pudding-like texture, while the cocoa powder adds a deep, chocolate flavour.
The berries add a pop of colour and a burst of flavour to every bite.
It's easy to make and can be prepared in advance, making it the perfect dessert for busy weeknights or meal prepping. So, grab your ingredients and let's get started!

2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 - 3/4 cup your milk of choice (we used almond)
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup of raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Wild Raspberry Splash Balsamic Vinegar - Limited Edition

Excluding the chia seeds and raspberries, lightly blend or whisk ingredients, ensuring there are no lumps in the cacao/cocoa.
Fill pudding cups to 3/4 full with blended mixture and vigorously stir the chia seeds in.
Lightly stir raspberries through and leave some for topping.
Sit in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours, ideally overnight.
Garnish with remaining raspberries and almonds if desired.
