Ingredients
*Ingredients below is per pudding, multiply by number of puddings desired.
2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 - 3/4 cup your milk of choice (we used almond)
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup of raspberries, fresh or frozen

1 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Wild Raspberry Splash Balsamic Vinegar - Limited Edition
Optional garnish, sliced roasted almonds, 5 per cup
Directions
Excluding the chia seeds and raspberries, lightly blend or whisk ingredients, ensuring there are no lumps in the cacao/cocoa.
Fill pudding cups to 3/4 full with blended mixture and vigorously stir the chia seeds in.
Lightly stir raspberries through and leave some for topping.
Sit in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours, ideally overnight.
Garnish with remaining raspberries and almonds if desired.
TIP - If using coconut milk, garnish with toasted coconut
