1-2 kgs High Quality beef ribs
4 Tsp Tweed Real Food Smokey Cue Rub
2 Tsp Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt
1/4 cup Tweed Real Food Honey Garlic Splash Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat your oven to 135°C.
In a small bowl, mix together the Smokey Cue Rub and Lime Pepper Grinder Salt
Rub the spice mixture all over the beef ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
Place the beef ribs on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.
In a small saucepan, mix together the barbecue sauce, Honey Garlic Splash Balsamic Vinegar, honey, and water. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and let it cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the beef ribs are done, remove them from the oven and brush them with the barbecue sauce mixture.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, and add the wood chunks to create smoke.
Place the beef ribs on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely charred and crispy.
Remove the beef ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
