Tweed Real Food
These lean Lamb Kebabs are packed full of real flavour! Tweed Real Food Smokey Cue Rub and Smokey Bacon Balsamic Splash take these simple yet delicious morsels to new levels of delicious. Cook them on the BBQ or a grill plate to achieve the chargrilled BBQ affect. YUM!
10 skewers - if wooden, soak in water for a minimum of 30 minutes
500g Lamb Mince
1 small onion, very finely chopped
1 large handful of continental parsley, very finely chopped
Optional vegetables to chargrill alongside kebabs, simply rub vegetables with a light coating of olive oil, season with your favourite Tweed Real Food Rub or Salt and grill for 5 minutes each side or until soft.
1 - 2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Smokey Bacon Splash Balsamic Vinegar - Limited Edition
In a medium size bowl gently combine using your hands; lamb mince, onion, parsley, Smokey Bacon Splash and Smokey Cue Rub.
Divide mixture into 8 - 10 portions and firmly shape into thick sausages around the skewers. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to ensure they are firm.
Heat the BBQ or Cast Iron Grill Pan to medium-high heat and cook the kebabs, turning every 2-3 minutes until cooked through - approximately 8 minutes in total.
Grill vegetables of your choice alongside kebabs.
