1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cookies and crumble baking blend
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 bananas)
1/2 cup milk
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cookies and crumble baking blend, and salt.
In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the mashed bananas to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the milk.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
