The perfect way to enjoy fresh seasonal produce, from a farmer to your plate! Seasoned with our very own Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt and Classic Caramelised Splash Balsamic Vinegar these gorgeous flavours and textures are as fresh and simple as it gets.

Ingredients
3 ripe avocados, halved and scooped out of skin
3 handfuls of fresh basil leaves, rinsed and dried
12 -15 cherry bocconcini (baby mozzarella balls), halved
12 - 15 red & yellow, cherry roma tomatoes, halved

3 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Classic Caramelised Splash Balsamic Vinegar

3 Tsp Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt, ground
Juice of half a fresh lime
Directions
Halve avocados, remove stone and carefully scoop flesh aiming to keep in one piece. Place on plate with stone cavity upwards. Lightly season with Lime Pepper Grinder Salt.
Evenly top each avocado piece with cherry tomatoes and bocconcini.
Season with the remaining Lime Pepper Grinder Salt and drizzle generously with Classic Caramelised Splash Balsamic Vinegar.
Top with fresh basil leaves, a squeeze of lime juice and serve.
