Tweed Real Food
3 medium zucchini spiralised
100g feta, crumbled
4 eggs
1 Tsp Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper
Sprinkle of Tweed Real Food Avo Smash Dukkah
Drizzle of Tweed Real Food Bourbon Maple Splash
2 Avocados
12 brussel sprouts, chopped in half
Olive Oil for cooking
1 fresh Lime
On a flat pan, heat with a little olive oil.
Add 4 portions of zucchini to pan, top with some of the crumbled feta and Lime Pepper.
Add brussel sprouts to pan and cook at the same time. Flip and repeat with the zucchini.
While the fritters are cooking, poach, fry or scramble eggs.
Smash avocado in shells with a little fresh lime juice, Lime Pepper & Avo Smash.
Plate and drizzle with Bourbon Maple Balsamic. Eating healthy never tasted so good.
