Over medium heat in a fry pan toast pine nuts until browned, set aside to cool.
Combine all ingredients in food processor, excluding pine nuts and the Avo Smash Dukkah.
If consistency is too thick, add up to 3 Tbsp of water, one at a time, until desired consistency.
Stir through the Avo Smash Dukkah then serve up in a dish.
Sprinkle some excess Avo Smash Dukkah, parsley and pine nuts on top with a drizzle of olive oil.
