Maple Glazed Ham
1 (4-5 Kg) bone-in high quality fully cooked ham
1 cup Tweed Real Food Bourbon Maple Splash Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Cookies And Crumble Baking Blend
Preheat oven to 165°C
Place ham on a rack in a large roasting pan, fat-side up.
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the Bourbon Maple Splash Balsamic Vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, apple cider vinegar and cookies and crumble baking blend.
Brush the glaze all over the ham, making sure to cover all the surfaces.
Bake the ham for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting every 20-30 minutes with the remaining glaze.
Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
