Don't let the fancy picture turn you off making this gorgeous dessert, it is so much easier than you would expect!
With Tweed Real Food s' Limited Edition - Sticky Plum Splash Balsamic Vinegar you are in for a dreamy dessert of delight.
Tweed Real Food
2 sheets of frozen puff pastry
2 cups of sliced plums
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Sticky Plum Splash Balsamic Vinegar - Limited Edition
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Lay a sheet of baking paper over a flat tray and lay the puff pastry on top of the paper.
Slice the fresh plums into pieces with enough to fill 2 cups.
Combine the plums with sugar, vanilla and Sticky Plum Splash.
Leaving a 2cm perimeter around the outside the pastry, pinch the corner edges to create a corner.
Lay the plums across the pastry spreading them evenly as possible.
Add an extra little drizzle of Sticky Plum Splash.
Place in oven and cook until the edges of the puff pastry are golden brown. Approx 20 - 30 minutes.
Eat as is or serve with icecream or custard.
