Mixed Berry Crumble
- 4 cups mixed frozen berries (not thawed) choose from blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, boysenberries, mulberries, cherries (avoid strawberries)
- 50g raw sugar
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
In a large bowl combine berry ingredients for filling.
In a separate bowl combine all ingredients and using your fingers combine the butter into the oats and sugar until it is consistently combine and resembles a wet crumble.
Using a baking dish of your choice or various smaller sized ramekins for single portions, pour the berry filling in to create an even layer and top evenly with crumble.
Cook uncovered until crumble is golden brown, approximately 50 minutes,
Optional: Serve with ice cream, pure cream, coconut yogurt or yogurt of choice.
