Mixed Berry Crumble



- 4 cups mixed frozen berries (not thawed) choose from blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, boysenberries, mulberries, cherries (avoid strawberries)
- 50g raw sugar
- 50g LSA or all-purpose plain flour
- 1 Tsp Tweed Real Food Cookies & Crumble Baking Spice

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 100g LSA or all-purpose plain flour
- 125g salted butter, cut into cubes
- 1 Tsp Tweed Real Food Cookies & Crumble Baking Spice

Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

In a large bowl combine berries, Classic Caramelised Splash Balsamic Vinegar, sugar and LSA or flour, until berries are evenly coated.

In a separate bowl combine all crumble ingredients. Using your fingers combine the butter into the oats, flour and sugar until it is consistently combined and resembles a wet crumble. 

Using a baking dish of your choice or various smaller sized ramekins for single portions, pour the berry filling in to create an even layer and top evenly with crumble. 

Cook uncovered until crumble is golden brown, approximately 50 minutes, 

Optional: Serve with ice cream, pure cream, coconut yogurt or yogurt of choice.
