Whole Chicken (approx. 2kg)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp fresh Orange Juice
Bring chicken up to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mix Olive Oil, Orange Juice and Chicken and Chips Salt, use mixture to rub the chicken inside and out.
Place chicken in a roasting tray, breast side up. Tuck under wings; tie together drumsticks. Roast for approximately 45-60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes before carving.
Tip: Cover loosely with foil if chickens brown too quickly.
