Fiery Chicken Drumsticks
This fierce combination of Tweed Real Food flavours creates a taste explosion of delight for the fiery spice lover! This delectable marinade consists of Louisiana BBQ Rub, Fire & Spice Grinder Salt and Honey Garlic Splash Balsamic Vinegar. Simple to create, even better to indulge!
In a medium size bowl combine all ingredients well, whisk with a fork until well combined.
Marinate chicken drumsticks by coating them in the mixture and refrigerating for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight for optimal flavour results.
Pre heat oven to 190 degrees.
Line drumsticks across a large baking dish, roast for 30 minutes, turn over and increase heat to 200 degrees. Roast for a further 20 minutes. Drumsticks should be nicely browned and the juices will run clear if cooked through.
Maximum cooking time one hour, for large drumsticks, avoid cooking longer or the chicken will be dry.
