Place cauliflower, broccoli and crushed garlic in an ovenproof baking dish and sprinkle with Chicken & Chips Salt.
To make the cheese sauce; Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes or until melted and foaming. Add flour, cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until bubbling.
Remove pan from heat and add milk slowly, 1/4 cup at a time, stirring vigorously to prevent lumps forming.Once smooth, return pan to heat, and cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in half of the cheese and remove pan from heat. Pour cheese sauce over the vegetables and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, top layer will brown and become crispy.
