BBQ Grilled Chicken Breast
Nothing beats the aroma of the BBQ in the air and hearing the sizzle of lunch in the making! This grilled chicken flavoured with our Chicken & Chips Salt is as easy as it gets. Alongside a side or two from our selection of Tweed Real Food Recipes and you will be barbecuing for every meal.
Trim chicken breasts of any fat or gristle, coat each in a light layer of olive oil and the Chicken & Chips Salt.
Heat BBQ open grill to medium-high, once hot, grill breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through, as they cook baste in lime juice.
To achieve a delicious charcoal flavour avoid turning chicken too frequently, ideally turn once.
