Tropical Chili Chicken Skewers
6 chicken thigh fillets
3 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Tropical Splash
1 tsp ground Tweed Real Food Lime & Pepper Grinder Salt
1/2 cup fresh lime juice and lime slices, to serve
2 Tbsp preferred frying oil
2 tsp chili flakes
2 tsp smoked paprika
3 cloves garlic, crushed
bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Whisk Tropical Splash Vinegar, ground Lime & Pepper Grinder Salt, oil, chili, paprika and garlic together in a bowl. Cut fillets into pieces and add to bowl. Chill for approx. 1 hour to marinate.
Thread chicken pieces on to skewers and set aside.
Preheat a fry-pan or barbecue, grill over medium heat. Fry skewers for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through and lightly charred.
Remove from heat and serve with sliced lime.
Tip: Add vegetables like capsicum and onion on the skewers
