Strawberry Mint Balsamic Salad

Strawberry Mint Balsamic Salad


- 500g (2 punnets) fresh strawberries
- 150g feta crumbled
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup mint leaves picked
- Large handful of walnuts
- Sprinkle of chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Cheeseboard Splash Balsamic Vinegar


Hull and rinse the strawberries and then put them into a bowl, together with the baby spinach leaves, mint leaves, feta and walnuts.

Combine the olive oil and Cheeseboard Splash Balsamic Vinegar together and lightly toss through or drizzle over salad.

Sprinkle with chia seeds.
